You can delete your account and all of its data from inside Boba Heart, on iOS or Android, in about ten seconds: open the game, tap Manage shop (bottom right), choose the General tab, swipe the row of pages to Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and it is done. If you signed in a long time ago the app may ask you to sign in again first; that is a Firebase safety check before an account is removed.
Immediately and permanently: your sign-in (Apple, Google or email), your shop save in the cloud, your player profile (manager name and look), your friend code, every friendship and friend request, and your visitor inbox. The copy of the shop on your phone is reset to a new game. Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and a friend code, once released, may be issued to someone else.
Nothing that identifies you. Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics, such as how many players opened the game on a given day) are not tied to your account and remain in aggregate form. Ad serving is handled by Google AdMob under its own policies. Firebase may hold deleted records in backups for up to 30 days before they are purged.
If you only want a fresh start, use Manage shop → General → Start over. That deletes the shop (money, items, staff, menus and the manager) and keeps your account, friends and friend code.
Email randy.ky@techtiger.tech from the address you signed in with (or tell us your friend code) and ask for your Boba Heart account to be deleted. We delete it by hand within 7 days and confirm by reply. No other information is needed.
If you played without linking an account, your shop lives only on your phone under an anonymous player id. Uninstalling the app removes it; nothing about you is held that could be linked back to you.
