ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or playing Colors Grid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and owned by Tech TigeR LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms, which are required by Apple and Google. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price originally agreed upon. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Any requests for refunds must be directed to the respective app store's customer support. We do not process refunds directly.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, graphics, gameplay mechanics, codebase, and audio, are the exclusive property of Tech TigeR LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its included assets. USER CONDUCT You agree not to use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the App's code, scoring system, or monetization features, including ad-blockers that violate third-party terms.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not warrant that the App will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech TigeR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or damage to your device.
