Tech TigeR LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Jazz Paws ("the App") and how that information is used. The game plays offline, so we collect very little data directly.
You do not need an account to play, and we do not directly collect personal identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your progress, settings, and purchases are stored on your own device. To support the App's functionality and monetization, third-party services integrated into the App may automatically collect device information such as your device model, operating system version, and language settings. They may also collect usage data including session lengths and crash reports, and advertising identifiers, which are unique device identifiers used for serving ads, such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID.
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or serve targeted advertisements. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial ads. AdMob uses advertising IDs to serve personalized ads based on your interests, unless you have opted out in your device settings. If you make an in-app purchase, your payment is processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not see, collect, or store your payment card information.
The data collected by third-party services is used to serve advertisements that keep the base game free, to process and manage in-app purchases, and to monitor performance, identify bugs, and improve the player experience.
You control this data through your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking, and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track for Jazz Paws. On Android, go to Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, and select Opt out of Ads Personalization or Delete advertising ID. Ads can also be removed from the App entirely with a single one-time in-app purchase.
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the EU. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our third-party partner servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the Last Updated date above.
