By downloading, installing, or playing Jazz Paws ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and owned by Tech TigeR LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
The App is free to play and supported by advertising. It offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, sold through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, which removes advertising and adds a companion to your band. There are no subscriptions and no currency bundles. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase, and all payments are processed by Apple or Google. Any request for a refund must be directed to the relevant store's customer support. We do not process refunds directly. A non-consumable purchase can be restored on your other devices through the same store account.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, artwork, characters, gameplay mechanics, codebase, and audio, are the exclusive property of Tech TigeR LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its included assets.
You are welcome to record, stream, and monetize video featuring Jazz Paws on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok, and to use the assets published in our press kit to cover the game.
You agree not to use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the App's code, save data, or monetization features, including ad-blockers that violate third-party terms.
The App is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not warrant that the App will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech TigeR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or damage to your device.
