Boba Heart started with a question we could not stop asking: what if a shop sim ran on the same clock you do? The shop keeps the hours of your real day. Morning light, the lunch rush, evening regulars and late-night orders come and go with the actual time where you are, and the weather outside the window follows the real weather. It is only open while the app is open. Nothing runs in the background, so you never come back to a mess, a bill you missed or customers who gave up waiting. Day one is you, one helper, a register and one milk tea.

The interesting problem was making a management game that stays cozy. Critters walk in from the street, queue at the register, order, and collect at the pickup counter; every drink and dish is made at its own station by a team you hire, name and train, and when the line gets long you tap a busy worker and finish the job yourself in a short mini-game. The shop is yours tile by tile, from counters and seating to plants, lights, rugs and holiday decor that goes on sale in season, so the same room can be soft and pink, plain and woody, or dark and bold. Add a friend by code, walk into their shop, order from their menu and leave a tip. No energy meter, no timers to wait out.

Tech TigeR built all of it in-house on Flutter and the Flame engine, one codebase running natively on both iOS and Android, with every critter, tile and recipe drawn by our own pipeline rather than bought in. Forty-seven recipes, twenty-four critter species, portrait and landscape play, and a real-time simulation that has to stay honest to the clock. It is our third mobile game, shipped with the same AI-driven workflow we used for the first two. You can play it at techtiger.tech/boba-heart-home.
